Lagoon type digesters built in Burkina Faso and Ghana.
Feedstock: Belly Grass (from abattoir, septic tank waste, brewery waste and organic market waste.
Lagoon digesters are heated with an external heat exchanger, long shaft mixers with external motor, double foil membrane covers. They can be excavated and only need a concrete rectangular beam around it where the double foil can be attached.
The double foil membrane cover is durable, internallly
the desulphurisation net helps to reduce the H2S-level in the biogas.
